1. Can a house be held for my group?
We rent properties on a first come – first serve basis. The housing is committed after the security deposits and the lease is signed.2. Can a student renter pay monthly rent instead of pre-paying for the semester? Is there a monthly payment plan?
Pre-payment for the semester is preferred and the most economical solution. We do offer a monthly payment plan for an additional monthly service charge.3. Are utilities included?
The owner pays for electricity, natural gas, water, sewer and trash costs for all properties.4. Is parking available?
All units have off street parking and most units include a 1 car garage.5. Are there furnishings in the units?
Some of the units have furnishing. Please contact us for details on the specific unit you are interested in.6. Who is responsible for maintenance and repairs?
All maintenance is handled by the owner. All issues must be reported immediately. Any issues that result from resident negligence will result in charges to the residents. (i.e. broken windows, holes in walls, etc.).7. Are pets allowed?
We do not allow pets.8. What happens if one of the lease signers drops out after the lease is signed?
Every resident who signed the lease is responsible for the total monthly rent. The total monthly rent is the due regardless of the number of occupants.9. Do you rent to families?
Family are welcome.10. Do you require a renter’s insurance policy?
All residents must have their own renters insurance. This provides mutual protection for the owner and the resident. The owner is NOT responsible for your personal property in the event of accident, fire, or water damage.
